FAITH

1.  "Honestly acknowledge your questions and your concerns, but first and forever fan the flame of your faith, because all things are possible to them that believe."
Jeffrey R. Holland, Lord, I Believe, April 2013 General Conference

2.  "When faith is properly understood and used, it has dramatically far-reaching effects.  Such faith can transform an individual's life from maudlin, common everyday activities to a symphony of joy and happiness.
Richard G. Scott, The Transforming Power of Faith and Character, October 2010 General Conference

3.  ". . . one cannot come to full faith in this latter-day work - and thereby find the fullest measure of peace and comfort in these, our times - until he or she embraces the divinity of the Book of Mormon and the Lord Jesus Christ, of whom it testifies."
Jeffrey R. Holland, Safety for the Soul, October 2009 General Conference

4.  "To access information from heaven, one must first have a firm faith and a deep desire."
Russell M. Nelson, Ask, Seek, Knock, October 2009 General Conference

5.  "Like the intense fire that transforms iron into steel, as we remain faithful during the fiery trial of our faith, we are spiritually refined and strengthened."
Neil L. Andersen, Trial of Your Faith, October 2012 General Conference

6.  "When we choose to follow Christ in faith rather than choosing another path out of fear, we are blessed with a consequence that is consistent with our choice.
Quentin L. Cook, Live by Faith and Not by Fear, October 2007 General Conference

7.  "When faced with a trial of faith - whatever you do, you don't step away from the Church!  Distancing yourself from the kingdom of God during a trial of faith is like leaving the safety of a secure storm cellar just as the tornado comes into view."
Neil L. Andersen, Trial of Your Faith, October 2012 General Conference

8.  "If you catch the wave with faith and enthusiasm, others will also."
Russell M. Nelson, Catch the Wave, April 2013 General Conference

9.  ". . . faith is like spiritual oxygen.  As we allow faith to freely flow within us, it awakens and enlivens our spiritual senses.  It breathes life into our very souls."
David S. Baxter, Faith, Service, Constancy, October 2006 General Conference

10.  "When problems come and questions arise, do not start your quest for faith by saying how much you do not have, leading as it were with your "unbelief."  That is like trying to stuff a turkey through the beak!"
Jeffrey R. Holland, Lord, I Believe, April 2013 General Conference

11.  "Our faith is centered in God, our Father, and in His Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer.  It is bolstered by our knowledge that the fulness of the gospel has been restored to the earth, that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, and that prophets and apostles today hold the keys of the priesthood.  We treasure our faith, work to strengthen our faith, pray for increased faith, and do all within our power to protect and defend our faith."
Neil L. Andersen, Trial of Your Faith, October 2012 General Conference

12.  "It is within the sanctuary of the Church that we protect our faith.  Meeting together with others who believe, we pray and find answers to our prayers; we worship through music, share testimony of the Savior, serve one another, and feel the Spirit of the Lord.  We partake of the sacrament, receive the blessings of the priesthood, and attend the temple. . . When you are faced with a test of faith, stay within the safety and security of the household of God.  There is always a place for you here.  No trial is so large we can't overcome it together."
Neil L. Andersen, Trial of Your Faith, October 2012 General Conference

13.  "With faith come trials of faith, bringing increased faith."
Neil L. Andersen, Trial of Your Faith, October 2012 General Conference

14.   "In this Church, what we know will always trump what we do not know.  And remember, in this world, everyone is to walk by faith."
Jeffrey R. Holland, Lord, I Believe, April 2013 General Conference

15.   "Be as candid about your questions as you need to be; life is full of them on one subject or another.  But if you and your family want to be healed, don't let those questions stand in the way of faith working its miracles."
Jeffrey R. Holland, Lord, I Believe, April 2013 General Conference

16.  "In moments of fear or doubt or troubling times, hold the ground you have already won, even if that ground is limited."
Jeffrey R. Holland, Lord, I Believe, April 2013 General Conference

17.  "The gift of faith is a priceless spiritual endowment."
Neil L. Andersen, Trial of Your Faith, October 2012 General Conference

18.  "How do you remain  - steadfast and immovable during a trial of faith?  You immerse yourself in the very thing that helped your core of faith: you exercise faith in Christ, you pray, you ponder the scriptures, you repent, you keep the commandments, and you serve others."
Neil L. Andersen, Trial of Your Faith, October 2012 General Conference
